About Us

We are a property development company, focusing on residential properties. 

To date, we have delivered 35 homes across the UK, comprising:
  • 24 apartments on land in Aylesbury
  • 5 houses in Leytonstone
  • 6 apartments in Leicester
We currently have 4 sites at various stages of development, through which we will deliver a further 24 homes in the near future:
  • Hatch End: 6 apartments due to complete in November 2021
  • Surbiton 1: 6 apartments due to complete in Summer 2022
  • Surbiton 2: 6 apartments due to complete in Autumn 2022
  • Ruislip: 6 apartments due to complete in Winter 2022

• Liaising with off-site contractors/firms – commercial financiers, lawyers, accountants and planning specialists (required to obtain planning permission)
• Financial management of project from start to finish

• Managing property during pre-development phase 
• Liaising with site related contractors during the build phase – architect, principal building contractor and sales agents
• Managing site related activities – ensuring building work is completed in a timely manner vs plan, engagement of specialist contractors where required in addition to the principal building contractor
